The Holder for Geissler's Tube is designed to securely support Geissler tubes and spectrum tubes during spectroscopy and gas discharge experiments. It provides a stable mounting arrangement, allowing clear observation of the light emitted by different gases when electrically excited.
The apparatus consists of a mounting panel fitted with two spring clips for firmly holding spectrum tubes of various sizes. The panel is attached to a slotted base with a longitudinal slot for easy adjustment and positioning.
